The Addis Foto Fest, founded in 2010, is the first and only international photography festival in East Africa. Held every two years in Addis Ababa, AFF hosts photography exhibitions, workshops, portfolio review, awards and conferences and has featured the works of photographers from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. A primary objective since the inception of the festival has been to promote cultural exchange through images; bringing the world to Africa and taking Africa to the world. In keeping with this, for the fifth edition of AFF we are seeking submissions that offer insight and a unique perspective from photographers around the world. We look forward to your submissions to be able to share with our audience the spectrum of photography as a tool that educates, inspires, and promotes creativity.
Open Call is open from January 22nd to February 28th, 2018.
